Happy St. Paddy's!

Date Night Gone Wrong

We have now attempted 3 times to go out with 2 other couples and every time someone has a sick kid or babysitter issues. This time, my friend Kim had a drunk driver hit a tree across the street from her causing the wires to come off her house. She couldn't go out and leave a babysitter with no power, so once again our group date fell apart. We already had Grammy and Grampy in town to babysit so Greg and I went out on our own. We had a very nice dinner even if it wasn't the night we had planned. Kellen had a great time with Grammy and Grampy. Of course Grampy brought him a cool school bus to put together with a real hammer! Grampy said Kellen is better with a hammer than some of the kids he has at Habitat. :-)
